[...] Michael Behlen Photography ~ Dream Michael took this spectacular polaroid for this week’s theme. He did a long exposure that turned quite interesting. I love the vivid colors and light trail. The human form is apparent, but you can’t see details in it. It is very dream like in this sense because to me it feels like a dream fading, that you are trying to hold on to. [...]

No problem! I love any excuse to talk instant photography. There's Pack Film and Integeral film. Integral film is what most people are used to. That has 8-10 positives in each pack and is used with Polaroid cameras such as the SX-70 and 600 series (cameras you see on craigslist for $5 bucks.) However there is different speed integral film depending in the era the film was made. Ex: Time Zero film was made for Sx70s and 600 speed was made for 600 series polaroids. So therefore both cameras can theoretically use both films but they need adjustments to use them. Note: 90 percent of Polaroid cameras are aperture priority mode (using an electric eye to meter) with only a brighter/darker wheel to adjust the exposure. The sx70 has a nd filter over its "electric eye". I took mine off to maximize my shutter speed when used in combination of my wheel set all the way to darken. Even with that combination pictures tend to be .5 stops over exposed or a tad more when I use 600 speed film [or px680 the impossible equivalent(ish)].
If I use Time Zero (or px70) I would in my opinion still keep the filter off and use my wheel to go darken to get sharper less blurred images.

Pack film:
Comes in a box similar to integral but with 11 tiny paper tabs on the side. It has 10 positive/negatives. This film fits most Polaroid Land Cameras 100(a,b) series, 200, 300, 400, and I think there are 500 series like a 550. (I'm not a complete expert on all models). These cameras take pack film. From my understanding old pack film was discontinued. So now Fiji makes it. (they also make 4x5 mf film). They have 100 speed color and bw. And 3000 speed bw (suppose to be the best for fast shutter speeds and indoors combo). I bought a 335 model that had corroded batteries and just ripped them out and stripped the wires and hooked it up to 2 AAA batteries. (the camera needs 3v to the shutter wire). From there all I had to do is put film in and learn that. (that's for a different reply).

Hopefully this is a good summary. I wish I would have had that haha. (I hate searching forums).
